Officials Reveal Details of Donald Trump’s ‘Horrendous’ Call About Purchasing Greenland

Officials have shared insights into the ‘horrendous’ phone call made by Donald Trump regarding the purchase of Greenland.

After being sworn in on January 20th, with the presence of his family, fellow presidents, and tech billionaires, Trump’s first week back in the Oval Office was notably action-packed.

Among numerous activities, there was a particularly ‘horrendous’ call with Mette Frederiksen last week.

A 45-minute heated conversation reportedly took place between the 78-year-old and the Danish leader, where Trump floated the idea of buying Greenland…

Even before his return to the White House, Trump was vocal about acquiring the self-governing country, describing it as an ‘absolute necessity’ for America.

Through Truth Social, Trump expressed: “For purposes of National Security and Freedom throughout the World, the United States of America feels that the ownership and control of Greenland is an absolute necessity.”

“Greenland is an incredible place. The people will benefit tremendously if, and when, it becomes part of our Nation. We will protect it, cherish it, from a very vicious outside World.”

“MAKE GREENLAND GREAT AGAIN!”

Despite Greenland officials being ‘very clear’ about the fact that the land was not available for purchase, this did not prevent Trump from vehemently addressing Frederiksen.

According to the Financial Times, Danish officials described the phone call as ‘horrendous’ and ‘fiery’.

One source commented: “He was very firm,” adding, “It was a cold shower. Initially, it was hard to take seriously. But I do think it is serious, and potentially very dangerous.”

Another source noted: “The intent was very clear. They want it. The Danes are now in crisis mode.”

Greenland’s Prime Minister, Mute Egede, stated emphatically that there is strong support among Greenlanders—Greenland is not for sale now nor in the future.

Politician Aaja Chemnitz concurred, saying, “I think some people find it quite disrespectful,” and remarked on the remarkable notion of suggesting that a country can be purchased.

What a wild scenario.
