Health Benefits
This combination of ingredients is highly regarded in wellness practices for its ability to target inflammation and blood sugar:
Metabolic Boost: Turmeric’s active compound, curcumin, helps regulate metabolism and enhances the body’s ability to burn calories by stimulating specific fat-breaking enzymes.
Blood Sugar Regulation: Cinnamon is clinically noted for its ability to improve insulin sensitivity, which can reduce sugar cravings and help blunt glucose spikes after meals.
Digestive Support: Apples provide soluble fiber like pectin, which promotes a feeling of fullness and aids in healthy digestion.
Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Both turmeric and cinnamon possess powerful anti-inflammatory effects that may reduce systemic inflammation often associated with weight gain.

This tea is simple to prepare at home and can be enjoyed warm or cold throughout the day.
Ingredients
1 Medium Apple: Sliced or grated (red or green apples both work well).
1-2 Cinnamon Sticks: Or 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

2 cups Water: Filtered.
Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey or a squeeze of lemon juice for added vitamin C.
Instructions
Simmer Aromatics: Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. Add the cinnamon sticks and turmeric powder.
