According to Paul Hogan, the illness has rendered him so weak that he can no longer open jars.
The 84 year-old actor, best known for his part in “Crocodile Dundee,” declared that he wants to spend the remainder of his life in his birthplace of Australia and that he has enjoyed a “lucky life.”
Paul, who resides in Los Angeles, made the remarks on the television show ‘A Current Affair,’ where he appeared to address the ramifications of recently having a pacemaker placed and revealed how his body is now “held together by string.”
“(I’ve) gotten better,” the father of six continued, referring to the need for his son Chance, 24, to assist him with day-to-day duties.
“I just… I’ve lost all of my body fat, my muscles have shrunk, and my strength has returned after it had left me weak. I had a problem with the aorta in my kidney, which the therapy fixed, but it shrunk me. I have Chance open jars for me.”

“So many blessings have come into my life. I shouldn’t complain because I’ve had many good things happen to me despite doing nothing to deserve them, but in an ideal world, I’d prefer to be back in Sydney because I miss the rest of my family.”
Twice-married Paul married his first wife, Noelene Edwards, in 1958, and the couple had five children.
They split up in 1981 and divorced, but they reconciled and married again in 1982.
Their second divorce began in 1986 and was regarded as one of Australia’s most challenging celebrity divorces.
Following that, Paul married fellow “Crocodile Dundee” cast member Linda Kozlowski, 64, in 1990; the pair had a son named Chance.
Linda filed for divorce in October 2013, citing irreconcilable differences, and the divorce was formalized the following year, in
