Michael Bublé, a Canadian-born singer-songwriter, rocketed to international notoriety with his 2005 album It’s Time and his 2007 album Call Me Irresponsible, debuting at number one on the Canadian Albums Chart, the UK Albums Chart, the US Billboard 200, and several other charts.

The Grammy Award winner has remained grounded despite selling more than 75 million tracks worldwide.

Michael and his wife, Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, have four children.

Noah, the couple’s 9-year-old son, had gone through a lot since being diagnosed with liver cancer when he was three.

When the singer learned of the tragedy, he promoted Nobody But Me, his tenth studio album. It was shortly before her appearance on BBC One’s The One Show.

“Three minutes before I got on, my wife texted and told me something was awry,” he told the UK’s Evening Standard in July 2018, adding, “I just died.”

Noah is currently in remission, but Bublé described the ordeal as “the worst imaginable thing you could hear as a parent, and perhaps as a human being.”

“I would have preferred it if it had been me,” the musician said, adding that the experience had strengthened them as a family and given them a new perspective on life.

On Noah’s eighth birthday, Bublé said on Instagram, “Today my hero turns 8,” in an emotional post. I’ve never met somebody so brave… I’ve never met somebody so lovely or generous… and there are no words to express how proud I am of you or how much Mommy and I adore you. You have improved our lives in every way.”

Along with the touching letter, the musician provided two photos of himself and Noah over the years.

Bublé added that the prayers of fans, friends, and strangers helped them as a family beat cancer.
