New details about Lisa Marie Presley’s dying hours are emerging. While it was reported that Presley’s heartbeat was restored when she slumped inside her California home, the 54-year-old mother of four experienced a second cardiac arrest at the hospital, according to Page Six.

According to Page Six, Presley’s family allegedly signed a “Do Not Resuscitate” order after arriving at the hospital. Doctors deemed Presley brain dead and administered a medically induced coma for her. Presley was pronounced deceased after his second cardiac arrest.

Daniel Keough, Presley’s first ex-husband, who still resided with her then, discovered her and performed CPR until emergency responders came.

Lisa Marie Presley, who died on January 12th after cardiac arrest, will be buried at Graceland, the home of her late father, Elvis Presley. Lisa Marie inherited the home in Memphis, Tennessee, after her father died of a heart attack in 1977 when he was only 42.

She will be buried close to her son, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide on July 12, 2020, and was buried alongside Elvis and several other family members at Graceland. The house has been used as a museum for over 40 years and receives over 650,000 visitors each year as a historic landmark.

Lisa Marie Presley has been candid about her difficulty understanding her son’s death. “My darling precious angel, I worshipped the ground you trod on, on this planet and now in Heaven. “My heart and soul went with you,” she wrote in an Instagram tribute after his death. He was her only child.

Lisa Marie Presley was living at her ex-(Danny husband’s Keough’s) residence when she began having breathing problems. Soon after, she went into cardiac arrest and was taken to the hospital after Keough performed CPR. She died in the hospital shortly after, with her mother by her side.

“It is with a sad heart that I must relay the heartbreaking news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has died. She was the most passionate, powerful, and loving woman I had ever met. We want privacy as we attempt to cope with this tragic loss. “Thank you for your love and prayers,” Priscilla Presley stated.

Lisa Marie was 54 years old when she passed away. Her mother, Priscilla Presley, and three daughters survive her, including Riley Keough with ex-husband Danny Keough and fraternal twins (Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood and Finley Aaron Love Lockwood) with ex-husband Michael Lockwood.

Lisa Marie was married to Michael Jackson between 1994 and 1996, and to Nicolas Cage between 2002 and 2004, in addition to her marriages to Keough and Lockwood. She was in a relationship with John Oszajca. After her divorce from Lockwood was formalized in 2021, she was single at the time of her death.

Lisa Marie Presley was a well-liked personality who earned a lot of respect in the industry, which is why so many people are grieving now. Many of Lisa Marie’s friends and coworkers have gone to social media in the days since her death to recognize her life, career, and general legacy.

“I’m devastated by Lisa Marie Presley’s death. Lisa did not have an easy life, contrary to popular belief. May she rest in peace with her son and father. “My thoughts and prayers are with her mother, Priscilla, and her three daughters, Riley, Finley, and Harper,” Leah Remini posted on Twitter on January 12th.

Lisa Marie was most recently spotted on January 10th at the Golden Globe Awards, where she interrupted an interview with Austin Butler, who played Elvis Presley in his latest biography. They took a snapshot together just two days before she died, which puts time in perspective.

“During the Elvis film marketing trip, Tom and I spent some time with the family. Lisa Marie was open, honest, vulnerable, and excited about the film. “She spoke so eloquently about her father, what the film meant to her, and how it was a celebration of her father,” Rita Wilson posted on Instagram.
