Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin are growing their family!

The couple was first linked in 2017 after they were seen on a date in California. In an interview a year later, Song acknowledged her relationship with the “Home Alone” star. “It’s fantastic! I don’t enjoy talking about my personal life, but everything is OK, and I’m content,” she laughed.

While she may not have been eager to discuss much then, Song did not hold back when celebrating Culkin’s 40th birthday. “Happy 40th birthday, this magical human,” she wrote on Instagram.

“My unicorn that I never dreamed could exist; I am the luckiest person on the planet because you love me.” Us Weekly reported the couple’s relationship had progressed to the next level two years later, in January 2022. “They are and have always been tremendously in love,” a source told the site then.

Culkin and Song have always wanted to start a family during their romantic journey together, as stated in a 2018 appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

“I’m going to have some babies,” the “Changeland” star declared.

“This one is good, so I’ll probably put some kids in her in a minute. We have, after all, been practicing.” Aside from practicing, Culkin and Song have been carrying out their plans — and there’s a new charming addition.

You might have had a good Christmas, but Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song had a better one. According to Us Weekly, the couple welcomed their second son Carson in December, just before the holidays.

Despite being reported by multiple news outlets, neither Culkin nor Song has confirmed the birth of their child. Yet given the couple’s track record of keeping their private lives quiet, this comes as no surprise.

Culkin and Song welcomed their first child, son Dakota Song Culkin, on April 5, 2021, although the news of his birth was not made public until a few days later. “We’re ecstatic,” the couple declared in a statement.

Despite their efforts to keep their children out of the spotlight, Culkin and Song do not shy away from sharing details about their lives as parents.

Song spoke to E! News in February 2022 about her motherhood experience, revealing that a lot has changed since Dakota was born. “I think having a child impacts many of your employment options,” she said.

“Since everything revolves around my son now, I think about where things are being shot and how long they’re being shot for.” In a separate interview with The Cut, she and Culkin portrayed themselves as hands-on parents with a solid familial support system.
