Bruce Willis made another public appearance while out and about in Los Angeles, barely months after startling audiences by announcing his retirement.

As a result of his aphasia, the 67-year-old actor, who announced his retirement in March, is unable to communicate or comprehend spoken or written English.

Willis has been out of the spotlight since, but he recently made a surprise appearance while strolling through one of Los Angeles’ parks. According to images posted by several media outlets, the actor has lost weight.

His followers, who had been worried about his health since he announced his retirement, have been reassured by the simple sight of him going down the street.

Bruce Willis is having “really, really difficult times” due to his aphasia, according to Sylvester Stallone. Sylvester Stallone has provided an update on his health.

Bruce Willis, 67, announced his retirement from acting earlier this year after being diagnosed with aphasia, a mental disorder that causes trouble speaking and understanding.

Stallone, his friend and former business partner, recently issued an update on his health.

In a recent interview with THR, Stallone stated, “Bruce is going through some very, very difficult circumstances, so he’s been sort of incommunicado.”

That is so heartbreaking that it makes me nauseous.

Demi Moore, daughter Rumer Willis, and current wife Emma Heming Willis all shared the prognosis on Instagram in March 2022, wearing a night gown, sunglasses, and a towel on his head.

“To Bruce’s amazing followers, as a family, we wanted to convey that our precious Bruce has been suffering through some health issues and has just been diagnosed with aphasia, which is hurting his cognitive capacity,” the accompanying message said.

“As a result of this, and after much thought, Bruce is leaving the profession that has meant so much to him.”

The post went on to thank the audience for their “love, sympathy, and support” during this “very difficult time.”

“We’re dealing with this as a strong family, and we wanted to include his fans because we know how important they are to both of you and how much he means to you,” according to the post.

“As Bruce always says, live it up, and that’s precisely what we’re going to do together.”

Emma has shared updates on how she and the family have been doing since his diagnosis, including a video on Instagram showing her exercising and enjoying the outdoors. “This was the summer of self discovery—finding new hobbies, stepping outside of my comfort zone, and staying active,” she said in August.

“Even though my melancholy can be crippling at times, I’m learning to live with it.” Grief, according to my stepdaughter @scoutlaruewillis, is the purest and most intense form of love. I hope this brings you some comfort as well.”

Famous people with aphasia include Emilia Clarke, Sharon Stone, Terry Jones, Gabby Giffords, and the late Patricia Neal. Willis is not alone in this sense.
