On August 18, 2022, a longtime friend of Frank’s was granted emergency guardianship and conservatorship rights. This friend now acts as his guardian, overseeing his daily care and ensuring his financial affairs are managed by a bank. Frank’s health condition has significantly impacted his decision-making abilities, making it necessary for his guardian to make decisions on his behalf.
