Recently, there has been much talk about the hospitalization of Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales. The Royal Family has now provided an update on when she is expected to return to her duties.

According to a statement posted on their Instagram page, Middleton was admitted to The London Clinic on January 16, 2024. She underwent successful abdominal surgery, which left a noticeable scar on her head. It is expected that she will stay in the hospital for “ten to fourteen days” before continuing her recovery at home.

In light of current medical advice, it is unlikely that Middleton will resume her public duties until after Easter. This decision has been made with her well-being in mind.

Privacy is a priority for Middleton when it comes to her medical affairs, especially for the sake of her children. Therefore, Kensington Palace will only provide updates on her progress when necessary for public knowledge.

Apologies have been extended by Kensington Palace on behalf of the Princess of Wales for any inconvenience caused by the postponement of her engagements. Middleton, who experienced severe morning sickness in her first pregnancy, is looking forward to resuming her public engagements as soon as possible.

The Royal Family’s Instagram followers have been showing immense support and sending well-wishes, hoping for a speedy recovery and minimal discomfort for the Princess of Wales.
