This traditional foot soak combines the natural humectant properties of honey with the stimulating qualities of fresh herbs. It is designed to soothe tired feet while supporting the skin’s natural barrier.
The Benefits

- Circulation Support: The warmth of the water, paired with the mild stimulating properties of thyme, helps encourage blood flow to the extremities. This is particularly beneficial for those who experience cold feet or mild swelling.
- Skin Integrity: Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it draws moisture into the skin. Its unique enzymes help soften calluses and maintain a supple texture, preventing the cracking that can occur with dry skin.
- Purifying Action: Thyme contains thymol, a compound known for its cleansing properties. Regular steeps can help maintain a healthy environment for the skin and nails, especially after a long day in restrictive footwear.
