When Olesia, a young Russian woman, learned she was pregnant, she was ecstatic.

The pregnancy progressed regularly until the mother was informed via ultrasound that she would have a baby with abnormalities.

“All of his internal organs are swollen, and his hands do not develop.” The news was too much for the parents to stomach, but they never gave up. “Do you understand that this is a cross that you will have to shoulder for the rest of your life?” the doctor asked, his words pierced their hearts like a knife.

A handicapped child! The finger will be pointed at you! You’ll solely work in the medical field, and you’ll be praying for him to die sooner! ”

Eugen, the child’s father, was crying and holding the table’s corner so hard that his fingers had become white.

They did, however, wield influence and declared, “Our child shall be born!” The doctor then handed them a page and explained:

“It’s your company. “Write a statement stating that you are aware of the ultrasound results so that there are no future complaints.”

The months leading up to the delivery passed, but the mother’s concerns about her son’s personality did not.

Eugen, on the other hand, was trying hard not to think about the doctor’s words since he didn’t want to upset his wife.

As a result, he converted the bedroom into a playroom for the kids. He built the crib himself.

Olesia’s water broke on a chilly December night. Eugen dusted the snow off a bench, put on Olesia’s jacket, and sat down after taking his wife to the hospital.

The birthing room was filled with a loud scream three hours later. “You have a young girl!” exclaims the narrator. On Olesia’s chest, a heated ball was placed. The small hands were also complete.

The doctor exited the house and entered the yard. Eugen was there, he noticed. “Sir, sir, you have a daughter!” Congratulations! And she’s in perfect health!” Eugen sat in his chair, staring at the doctor’s location. “Healthy” was like an echo in her ears.

The scan afterward verified that Nadezhda was in perfect health. Olesia, meantime, was diagnosed with a massive uterine fibroid.

This strong condition was apparently the deformity they detected during the ultrasound.

Then Olesia was swiftly operated on. Unfortunately, all of the female organs had to be removed.

Olesia touched her sleeping daughter’s hair, terrified of what would happen if the doctor persuaded her.

Here’s a picture of Nadezhda, the little girl:
