List of ingredients:

  • 5 or 6 sliced ​​cloves of garlic
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds
  • 350 milliliters of vinegar
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
  • 4 jars of 800 grams
  • 1 spoonful of peppercorns
  • 4 kilograms of capsicum

How is it prepared:

We start by roasting the peppers. After we have finished baking them and they have cooled down a bit, we start to clean them of the skin on top of a pot in which to drain their liquid, which we will later put in jars together with the peppers.

Open the peppers on one side and clean them of seeds and spines. It is recommended not to wash them so that they do not lose their super delicious aroma obtained after baking.

After we have finished cleaning, we start placing them in the previously prepared jars, after which we pour the juice left by them and place 4 slices of garlic each.

In a separate saucepan, prepare the composition as follows: add the oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns and mustard seeds and let it boil.

After it has boiled, pour the hot mixture into the jars and put the lids on, which we will tighten very well.
