A new season of Little People, Big World has arrived, and fans are feeling heartbroken for the Roloff family. In a recent trailer shared by Amy Roloff, viewers are given a closer look at the dynamics between Amy and Matt, as well as their new partners. We also get to see how Zach and Tori Roloff are doing as parents of three. Unfortunately, it appears that the Roloff family is no longer the tight-knit unit they used to be.

When asked about his father’s engagement to Caryn, Zach expressed his desire to not be part of the conversation. In fact, Matt revealed that Zach, Tori, and the kids rarely visit the farm anymore. This news left fans feeling saddened by the apparent divide within the family.

Caryn, Matt’s fiancée, expressed her feelings of being cut off, while Amy questioned if there was a way to mend their broken relationship. Zach added that the family had not been prioritized on multiple occasions, and it seems that ship has now sailed.

In a surprising turn of events, nearly a year ago, Matt Roloff had some incredible news to share with his fans. He announced his engagement to his longtime partner, Caryn Chandler. After dating for six wonderful years, Matt asked Caryn to marry him, and she happily said yes! The couple is planning a simple yet elegant wedding in 2024.

Matt and Caryn began their relationship following his divorce from Amy Roloff. Caryn was a former employee of the Roloff family farm. Amy has also remarried in 2021 to her now-husband Chris, and despite a rocky start to their divorce, Amy, Matt, and their respective partners have managed to maintain a friendly relationship. They even enjoyed a double date together at the farm to kick off pumpkin season last fall.

Since then, Matt and Caryn have moved part-time to Arizona and are currently building a second home. Matt has been sharing updates on the building process on his Instagram, expressing his excitement for this new chapter in his life.

While Matt’s four children have yet to publicly offer their congratulations, let’s raise a toast to the soon-to-be betrothed couple. Cheers to love and new beginnings!
