Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are about to celebrate two years of marriage, but there’s already talk that they might not make it to another.

Although their millions of adoring fans once eagerly rooted for the fellow musicians, who met while judging “The Voice,” clung to each other in the aftermath of their respective divorces from Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert and channeled their love through several musical collaborations, recent rumors suggest that their relationship has hit a wall.

According to Radar Online, Stefani and Shelton are no longer interested in each other.

“They couldn’t keep their hands off each other when they first started dating,” a reported close pal told the tabloid. “But the spark began to fade after their wedding. They appear to be arguing all the time now.”

Regrettably, this isn’t the first time the pair has been the subject of split rumors. Us Weekly stated in 2020 that the pandemic’s stress threatened to break their bond.

Stefani and Shelton’s recent appearance on the CMT red carpet has further stoked conjecture about their potential demise.

But, Nicki Swift spoke with Jess Ponce III — Body Language Specialist, Communication Coach, and Author of “A.W.E.S.O.M.E. ” — who provided a more positive outlook on their relationship.

Blake Shelton may have stepped down as host of “The Voice,” but he hasn’t said anything about retiring his voice. Shelton hit the stage at the 2023 CMT Awards on April 2 and performed his song “No Body.” And, while there’s talk that he and Stefani aren’t on good terms, her demeanor during his performance says otherwise, according to Jess Ponce III.

“During her CMT performance, Gwen Stefani reminded fans how much she loves and supports her hubby in an uncommon public display of affection,” Ponce said.

Ponce cited Stefani’s enthusiastic lip-syncing of Shelton’s lyrics. “At first, she showed signs of self-consciousness, as evidenced by her downward gaze when the camera concentrated on her,” Ponce added, “but as that awkward moment passed, she submitted to the music and the moment.”

She was on time, mouthing every syllable — and seemed to be genuinely enjoying the experience and the chance to tell Blake, “I love you.” Finally, Stefani demonstrated that “she respects and admires him.”

Fortunately, for those still cheering for Stefani and Shelton to succeed, this isn’t the only good news about their relationship. Shelton claimed in September 2022 that, despite having exchanged vows, he still refers to Stefani as his “girlfriend.” Very adorable!
