Avocado oil is often referred to as “liquid emerald” in traditional skin and hair care due to its extraordinary density of monounsaturated fats and Vitamin E. Unlike many other oils that simply sit on the surface, avocado oil contains oleic acid, which allows it to penetrate deep into the dermis to deliver nutrients directly to the skin’s foundation.
Rich in lutein and chlorophyll, this oil supports the skin’s natural barrier against environmental stressors while promoting a firm, supple texture.

Benefits of Avocado Oil
- Deep Dermal Hydration: Its unique molecular structure mimics the skin’s natural sebum, making it highly effective for soothing extremely dry or mature skin.
- Collagen Support: The sterolins (plant steroids) found in the oil are known to help soften the skin and reduce the appearance of age spots.
- Scalp Vitality: When massaged into the hair follicles, the vitamins and lecithin help to strengthen the hair shaft and calm a dry, flaky scalp.
Emerald Night Repair Serum
This preparation is designed to be used as a concentrated overnight treatment to rejuvenate the face, neck, and hands.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons organic, cold-pressed avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon rosehip seed oil (for added Vitamin A)
- 3 drops frankincense essential oil (for skin toning)
- A small dark glass dropper bottle
Instructions
- Selection: Ensure your avocado oil is dark green and has a slightly nutty aroma; this indicates that the chlorophyll and nutrients have been preserved.
- Blend: Pour the avocado oil into your glass bottle using a small funnel.
- Infuse: Add the rosehip oil and the frankincense drops. Close the bottle and roll it between your palms for 1 minute to harmonize the oils without creating air bubbles.
- Cleanse: Wash your face with warm filtered water to open the pores.
- Apply: While the skin is still slightly damp, place 3 to 4 drops of the serum onto your fingertips.
- Massage: Gently press the oil into your skin using upward, circular motions. Focus on the delicate area around the eyes and any fine lines.
- Rest: Allow the serum to absorb for 10 minutes before laying your head on your pillow. Your skin will drink in the nutrients as you sleep.
