Oscar, a proud owner of a brand new Mercedes car, made a trip to his favorite sporting goods store. As he arrived, he parked his shiny car outside and entered the store to browse the selection. Jan, a saleswoman whom he was familiar with, greeted him with a warm smile. However, Oscar politely requested to explore the store on his own before seeking her assistance.

After just five minutes, Jan came rushing towards Oscar with a look of panic on her face. She exclaimed, “Oscar! Oscar! I just witnessed someone driving away in your new Mercedes!”

Shocked and worried, Oscar asked desperately, “My goodness! Did you try to stop the thief?”

To his surprise, Jan responded, “No, I didn’t have to do that. I did something even better! I managed to capture the license plate number!”

Once upon a time, a farmer decided to bring home a little pot-bellied pig as a pet for his daughter. The little girl had a special fondness for the pig and named it “Stinky” whenever they played in the yard. However, when the pig resided in its sty, the little girl called it by a different name – “Ballpoint”.

Curious about the peculiar names, the father asked his daughter, “Why does our pig have two names?”

With an innocent smile, the daughter answered, “Oh, that’s simple, daddy! ‘Ballpoint’ is just his pen name!”
