“One of my old Tae Bo DVDs was discovered in a box of things by the boys, and Jake thought he’d have a little morning workout! I could soon have a gym friend!” Carrie wrote. The video received a lot of love from her fans, with over 131,000 likes and counting.
In the video, Jake can be seen trying his best to follow along with the Tae Bo instructor, but he quickly switches gears and breaks into a dance move before playfully tumbling onto a nearby sofa. It’s a scene that many parents around the world can relate to and find utterly adorable.
