  • 15 ml honey
  • 130 g (4.6 oz) dark chocolate (sugar-free)
  • 20 ml olive oil

How to Prepare:

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Blend dates into a smooth paste.
  3. Chop almonds and peanuts finely.
  4. In a bowl, mix:
    • Date paste
    • Cranberries
    • Oats
    • Nuts & seeds
    • Honey
    • Olive oil
